What we collect
Name, email address and phone number when you join our list, RSVP to a run, place a merch order or submit a partnership inquiry. We also record basic, non-personal page analytics.
How we use it
To send you runs, events, merch drops and collaboration news, to fulfil merch orders, and to respond to partnership inquiries. We do not sell your information.
Consent
Email and SMS marketing consent are collected separately and stored with a timestamp and the page you signed up from. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to an SMS or using the unsubscribe link in an email.
Data retention
We keep subscriber and order records for as long as they are needed to run THRIIVE. Email us to request deletion of your information.
